Presidents Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un are perhaps the two most unpredictable leaders in the world with everyone wondering from day to day what new provocative statement will be ushered from official channels. However, the two most unpredictable leaders appear to have found common ground, perhaps even kindred spirits, during the course of the Singapore Summit when both men came away with an apparent mutually beneficial deal that will see the de-escalation of tensions on the Korean peninsula.

While there have been no real concrete agreements as a result of the talks, the North Korean side has pledged its commitment to the denuclearization of the peninsula while the American side has strongly suggested that it will put its military exercises on hold with South Korea.

The first step seems to be an agreement for both sides to work toward recovering the remains of Korean war dead and their immediate repatriation.

Beyond that, the statement agreed to by both parties reads as follows:

2006 State Department Cable Reveals Plan To Use Terror, Intrigue, Kurds To Destabilize Syria, Weaken Assad

Despite the bulk of the attempted destruction of Syria having taken place during the Obama administration, the fact is that the agenda began marching years before Obama took office and it is continuing to do so today. Ample evidence has been provided demonstrating that a plan to destroy the Syrian government goes back at least to the Bush Jr. administration and the desire to do so goes even further back than that.

One such piece of evidence is a secret State Department cable obtained by Wikileaks entitled “Influencing the SARG In The End Of 2006” which was distributed from the US embassy in Damascus to requisite officials in the Department of Treasury, National Security Council, White House, Secretary of State, League of Arab States, US Mission To European Union in Brussels, United Nations (NY), US Central Command, and Tel Aviv.

The entire cable was a discussion of a number of available strategies to bring about regime change in Syria and was written during 2006 under the Bush administration.

The cable takes a number of potentially exploitable conditions and expounds upon the realities of the situation, the vulnerabilities of the Syrian government and the “possible action” that can be taken to capitalize on the perceived weaknesses.

The cable begins by stating,

The SARG ends 2006 in a much stronger position domestically and internationally than it did 2005. While there may be additional bilateral or multilateral pressure that can impact Syria, the regime is based on a small clique that is largely immune to such pressure. However, Bashar Asad's growing self-confidence )- and reliance on this small clique -- could lead him to make mistakes and ill-judged policy decisions through trademark emotional reactions to challenges, providing us with new opportunities. For example, Bashar,s reaction to the prospect of Hariri tribunal and to publicity for Khaddam and the National Salvation Front borders on the irrational. Additionally, Bashar,s reported preoccupation with his image and how he is perceived internationally is a potential liability in his decision making process. We believe Bashar,s weaknesses are in how he chooses to react to looming issues, both perceived and real, such as a the conflict between economic reform steps (however limited) and entrenched, corrupt forces, the Kurdish question, and the potential threat to the regime from the increasing presence of transiting Islamist extremists. This cable summarizes our assessment of these vulnerabilities and suggests that there may be actions, statements, and signals that the USG can send that will improve the likelihood of such opportunities arising. These proposals will need to be fleshed out and converted into real actions and we need to be ready to move quickly to take advantage of such opportunities. Many of our suggestions underline using Public Diplomacy and more indirect means to send messages that influence the inner circle.

Trump Hints He May Support Eliminating Federal Pot Laws

President Trump may be the first president to support an end to federal cannabis prohibition.

After months and months of allowing his dinosaur Attorney General  to threaten a crackdown on marijuana, President Donald Trump is saying that he might support a Congressional effort to end the federal ban on the plant. If Trump were to do so, he would be the first president to seriously support such a plan.

The bill in question is being pushed by both Republicans and Democrats, albeit a minority of them. The bill would allow states to move forward with legalization without the constant threat of federal prosecution.

Trump made his statements to a number of reporters on Friday morning just before he got on board a helicopter bound for the G-7 summit in Canada. His remarks, albeit unexpected, came only a day after the lawmakers proposed the bill.

Senator Cory Gardner, a Republican of Colorado who has fought with Trump over the Justice Department’s threats of crackdown on marijuana, is leading the campaign.

“I support Sen. Gardner,” Trump said. “I know exactly what he’s doing. We’re looking at it. But I probably will end up supporting that, yes.”

The bill is also being supported by Senator Elizabeth Warren, a very vocal critic of the President. Warren and Trump have sparred on a number of occasions.

Although nine states and Washington D.C. have legalized all adult use of marijuana and an additional twenty states having legalized pot for medical purposes, federal law has stood in the way.

Indeed, the contradiction between their public statements and the statements on their manuals are blaringly obvious. Any warnings regarding the negative effects of these now ubiquitous devices are dismissed as “conspiracy theory,” “paranoia,” or being “anti science” and “anti technology.”

Syria, Russia Warn Of Potential Chemical Weapons False Flag Staged By US, Terrorists

As Syria prepares to liberate the southwestern portion of the country still held by Western-backed terrorists, the United States is repeatedly threatening “firm and appropriate” responses against the Syrian government, proving yet again that the U.S. is nothing more than al-Qaeda’s air force. However, while most of the world has come to the conclusion that the biggest threat to peace and stability is actually America, not Syria or Iran, the public of the United States and Western Europe continue to somnambulently absorb the propaganda spewed by their governments and corporate media outlets.

This then provides the world with an ever-present danger since the West is able to propagandize its own populations so successfully regarding false flag chemical weapons, tales of Assad “killing his own people,” and other “crimes against humanity” perpetrated by the Syrian government against civilians in order to whip up support for another more intense military adventure. This narrative has been used repeatedly not just on the Western populace but also the member states of the United Nations, firmly ensconced in the deeply corrupt and agenda driven institutions who are themselves part of the Atlanticist UN.

Indeed, the “chemical attack” narrative has been used repeatedly in both administrations to justify war crimes, crimes against humanity, and imperialist military assaults against the secular and sovereign government of Syria.

This is why fresh warnings coming from Russia and Syria over the possibility of yet another staged chemical attack in Syria should be taken seriously and watched carefully.

According to a report by Arabi Souri of Syria News, the Syrian National Committee on Implementing the Chemical Weapons Convention is warning that the United States is preparing a new false flag chemical attack to use as a justification for an attack on Syria.

Manuals Warn: Keep Cell Phones And Wi-Fi AWAY From Body But Industry Silent On Dangers

If you haven’t read the manual to your cell phone, Wifi router, or other wifi device, don’t worry, you can consider yourelf a normal person. Clearly, most device owners don’t even glance at their manuals and, when they do, they are looking for instructions on how to operate the device or warranty information. Most are not looking at the “safety guidelines” for Wifi radiation and wifi radiation-emitting products, however.

This is despite the fact that manufacturers are obligated to provide copies of safety guidelines for the devices they sell. Even CNN covered these guidelines in 2011, highlighting a number of examples during the course of their report. In addition, the World Health Organization itself has classified wifi and cell phone radiation as a “possible carcinogen.”

Despite attempts by the Telecomm industry and mainstream media to hide the connection between adverse health effects and cellphone/wifi radiation, the manufacturers' own statements contradict themselves and their media mouthpieces in their own guidelines. With the United States having descended into an authoritarian society, the ability to make even the most personal and important choices is disappearing every day.

First, public schools began strictly enforcing vaccine policies, forcing parents to acquire exemption forms if they did not want to jab their children with toxic chemicals before sending them into one of the most remedial educational systems in the world.

Then, states began passing laws eliminating those exemptions. Soon after that, insurance companies and fanatical authoritarian doctors began acting as “enforcement” arms and bullies to force parents into vaccinating their children. Many of these doctors have betrayed their Hippocratic oath by refusing to see unvaccinated children as patients. Others have even gone so far as to contact DSS/CPS and report parents who refuse to vaccinate their children.

While some of these doctors will see unvaccinated children as patients, before they will do so they are attempting to force parents into signing a form designed by the American Academy of Pediatrics that states that the parent is aware that vaccines work and that they are endangering their child by not having their child vaccinated.

There is now a growing debate within the community of non-vaccinating parents.

Toxic Oil and Gas Wastewater Used to Treat Roads Way More Toxic Than Previously Thought – Spills Into Waterways
Particularly in post Free Trade America, municipalities are facing some tough choices when it comes to deicing and suppressing dust on their roads. This is because a number of states are using oil and gas wastewater for these purposes. However, this raises a number of concerns both for the environment and for human health.
A new study published in Evironmental Science & Technology that analyzed regulations across the U.S. to determine whether or not such wastewaster can be used for road purposes found that 13 states permit its use while up to four other states may allow for the same under their “land spreading” regulations.

The fluid in question is that which is used in conventional oil and gas wells, not directionally drilled or hydraudically fracked wells.

At issue is the toxicity of the liquid with contains high concentrations of salt and potentially organic and radioactive materials. It also contains high amounts of calcium, magnesium, and strontium. Further contaminants include radium and other micropollutants. The liquid is known to stay on the road but, after subsequent rain, a portion of it runs off the highway into the earth or adjacent waterways.

"Oil and gas wastewaters are known to have high salt, organic and radioactivity concentrations," said Travis L. Tasker, graduate student in environmental engineering, Penn State. "When we found out that this wastewater was being spread on roads, we wanted to evaluate its potential to cause biological toxicity and accumulate in road material or migrate into water resources."

"We would like to do experiments to test how effective the wastewaters are at suppressing dust in comparison to other commercial products," said assistant professor of environmental engineering, Nathaniel R. Warner. "If the salts in the wastewaters are just as effective, then new regulations or additional treatment prior to spreading could help reduce the concentration of other contaminants of concern that exist in wastewaters, but not in commercial products."

New Assad Interview – Syria Will Be Liberated With Or Without Americans

Fresh on the heels of a string of victories over Western-backed terrorists in areas where they have been entrenched for years, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad sat down for an interview with RT. During the course of the interview, Assad expressed optimism at the ability of the Syrian government to fully liberate the entire country, "within a year" if it were not for the interference of the West. He also expressed optimism that the outcome would be the same whether or not the outside interference stopped, once again pledging to liberate every inch of Syrian soil.

“With every move forward for the Syrian Army, and for the political process, and for the whole situation, our enemies and our opponents, mainly the West led by the United States and their puppets in Europe and in our region, they try to make it farther – either by supporting more terrorism, bringing more terrorists to Syria, or by hindering the political process,” said Assad.

Assad stated that he believes Washington is "losing its cards" after the recent victories by the Syrian government. "Our challenge is how we can close this gap between their plans and our plans," he said. 

But he also pointed out that the closer Syria comes to victory, the more desperate the West becomes. In this regard, he mentioned the alleged and now debunked Douma chemical attack, asking "Is it in our interest? Why, and why now?" Assad stated that this incident was a last-ditch effort by the West to sway public and international opinion, an effort that failed.  

“They told a story, they told a lie, and the public opinion around the world and in the West didn’t buy their story, but they couldn’t withdraw. So, they had to do something, even on a smaller scale,”Assad said, referring to the Western missile strikes against Syrian targets, including a factory that manufactured cancer drugs.

Researchers Discover Why Pesticide Exposure Increases Risk Of Parkinson's

A new study coming out of the University of Guelph appears to have discovered why exposure to pesticides increases a persons’ risk of developing Parkinson’s disease. While many studies in the past have demonstrated a link between paraquat and maneb (two commonly used agrochemicals) and Parkinson’s, this new study actually investigates the process and form that link takes within the cells themselves.

Professor Scott Ryan, lead researcher of the study, has determined that low-level of exposure to pesticides disrupts cells in such a way that mimics the mutations that cause Parkinson’s.

When the effects of the chemicals are taken in concert with a genetic predisposition to Parkinson’s, the risk of Parkinson’s onset is drastically increased.

“People exposed to these chemicals are at about a 250-per-cent higher risk of developing Parkinson’s disease than the rest of the population,” said Ryan, a professor in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology.

“We wanted to investigate what is happening in this susceptible population that results in some people developing the disease.”

Paraquat and Maneb are used on a variety of Canadian crops with the former being used on crops during the growth period and the latter used in order to prevent spoiling after harvest.

The study, which was published in the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology, used stem cells from people with Parkinson’s disease using a mutation in a gene called synuclein which is associated with an increased risk of the disease. The study also used normal embryonic stem cells in which the mutation was introduced via gene editing.
