Captured Daesh Fighter Reveals Turkey’s Connection To ISIS, Predicts New 9/11

It appears that the week of Christmas in 2015 is quite the low moment for Turkey’s public relations department. In addition to be revealed as one of the top purchasers of ISIS oil by many in the alternative media, the Russian government, and a number of other sources, Erdogan’s own son has been pointed out as one of the principle smugglers and the Turkish President’s own daughter as the Florence Nightingale of the caliphate. If that wasn’t bad enough, an independent report by a Norwegian oil consulting firm also confirmed that much of the ISIS oil was being shipped directly to Turkey. A Turkish party member even revealed that the terrorists who committed the chemical weapons attack in Ghouta most likely received their chemical weapons from Turkey and committed the atrocity with foreknowledge and assistance from Turkish intelligence.

Yet the hits to the Turkish government’s public relations just keep on coming, the latest of which involves statements coming from an ISIS member who was recently captured by Kurdish troops in Syria, who has revealed that not only is Turkey a primary buyer of ISIS oil but that ISIS fighters were being trained both in and by Turkey itself to be deployed into Syria. The captured fighter also revealed that the ISIS fighters on the ground do not take the American airstrikes seriously, viewing them as nothing more than show.

Mahmut Ghazi Tatar, the member of Daesh captured by the Syrian Kurds, gave an interview to Sputnik Turkiye about his experiences in joining the terrorist organization. Tatar, who is 24 years old, allegedly joined Daesh after being influenced by a friend who was already a member. Tatar joined Daesh along with 27 other Turks.

Tatar relates his path from Turkey to Syria by stating:

After crossing border we were moved to a training camp 5 km from the border. We received military training and attended religious classes. Before the start of training, each of us was asked whether we want to be martyrs. I refused. This question is asked of all

Norwegian Report Determines Turkey Responsible For Buying ISIS Oil

isis-oilBrandon Turbeville

December 24, 2015

While the Daily Beast busies itself with grasping at straws attempting to somehow blame Bashar al-Assad for funding ISIS by purchasing the oil the terrorist organization has stolen (from Assad), a few media outlets and researchers such as myself have documented how the oil being stolen and sold by ISIS is actually being purchased by NATO, Turkey specifically.

The claims accusing Turkey of playing the largest role in facilitating the ISIS oil industry come with vastly greater evidence than anything the State Department or the Daily Beast has ever been able to invent, even with the power of intellectual contortionism for which they are renowned.

Indeed, suggestions that Turkey purchasing much of the stolen ISIS oil is, not surprisingly, being confirmed more and more each day.

Most recently, a report by Rystad Energy, an independent oil and gas consulting firm, was leaked by Norwegian news agency Klassekampen. This report was put together by Rystad at the request of the Norwegian government and was tasked with tracking the illegal ISIS oil sales. It has apparently determined that most of the oil smuggled by ISIS has indeed headed straight to Turkey.

Rystad compiled the report by using a variety of its own sources in the region in addition to its own databases.

The report seems to confirm what many, including this writer, have been saying for some time – that ISIS oil stolen from Iraq and Syria is being smuggled across the border to Turkey where it is sold to a number of oil smugglers for greatly reduced prices.

Klassekampen, the Norwegian news agency, summarizes the findings of the report by stating, “Large amounts of oil have been smuggled across the border to Turkey from IS-controlled areas in Syria and Iraq. [The] oil is sent by tankers via smuggling routes across the border [and] is sold at greatly reduced prices, from $25 to $45 a barrel.”

Turkish Party Member Claims Syria Chemical Weapons Attack Were Committed By Jihadists With Help From Turkey

December 20, 2015

In August, 2013, a horrendous chemical attack took place in Ghouta, a Damascus suburb in which a number of civilians were killed. Immediately, images of the dead and dying were broadcast across western television screens and the blame was placed on the shoulders of Bashar al-Assad’s secular government by Western governments such as the United States, the NATO alliance, the GCC, and Israel. This attack was very nearly the trigger for a direct NATO invasion of Syria on the basis of “humanitarian intervention” until the Russians stepped in and negotiated a plan with Assad to destroy Syria’s stockpile of chemical weapons.

Those attacks, however, were never committed by the Syrian military but by the Western-backed terrorists who not only directly targeted innocent civilians but kidnapped a number of their victims from other locations in Syria and took them to Ghouta to be used as human stage props for effect. These attacks were not only pounced upon by Western governments but it is extremely likely that NATO was well aware of their planning before they ever took place.

Many researchers in the alternative media were able to observe the evidence and debunk the official line coming from the U.S. State Department and its mainstream media mouthpieces. Thankfully, war was averted and another lesson should have been learned by the general public that their mainstream “credible” media outlets should not be trusted with reporting the weather, much less information that could influence public opinion in regards to the possibility of war.

Now, two years after the attack, even more evidence is emerging which demonstrates that the attacks in Ghouta were not only committed by Western-backed jihadists but were facilitated by NATO itself.

According to Turkish opposition party member, Eren Erdem (Republican People’s Party [CHP]), a cover-up of Turkish involvement in terms of both the foreknowledge and the shipping of chemical weapons materials to terrorists operating in Syria.

ISIS IP Addresses Traced Back To Saudi Arabia And UK Governments

isisBrandon Turbeville
December 17, 2015

A recent successful hacking of three ISIS supporters’ Twitter accounts has revealed that the source of these accounts is not located in Syria or Iraq but in the UK and Saudi Arabia.

According to a report by the UK Mirror, a group of four hackers known as VandaSec hacked the ISIS accounts and linked them back to the Department of Work and Pensions in the UK. Indeed, according to the hackers, the accounts are being run from Internet addresses that can be traced back to the DWP.

The Mirror reports that VandaSec showed them the IP addresses used by a group of three separate jihadists (digital ones at least) to access their Twitter accounts. What appeared at first to suggest that the IP addresses were based in Saudi Arabia soon revealed that the addresses linked back to the DWP in the UK.

“VandaSec’s work has sparked wild rumours suggesting someone inside the DWP is running ISIS-supporting accounts, or they were created by intelligence services as a honeypot to trap wannabe jihadis,” Jasper Hamill writes.

The Mirror then claims to have traced the IP addresses shown to them by VandaSec and allegedly found that the addresses pointed to “a series of unpublicized transactions between Britain and Saudi Arabia.”

The Mirror reports it has learned that the British government sold a significant number of IP addresses to two Saudi Arabian firms and, after the sale in October, the IP addresses were being used to spread ISIS propaganda. These IP addresses were apparently not the only ones sold to Saudi Arabia in October, however, but little information is available as to how many others were sold and what they are being used for.

MSM Claims Assad Funds ISIS – Evidence Claims Otherwise

isis-oilBrandon Turbeville

December 14, 2015

Just when you think the propaganda coming from the Western mainstream media and Western governments couldn’t get any dumber, they come right along and top themselves. This time, there are no easily disproven claims of chemical weapons usage by the Assad government or new and creative ways to accuse Assad of killing his own people. Instead, major mainstream mouthpieces like the Daily Beast have recently “revealed” who is buying the stolen oil from ISIS and, according to the notoriously misleading outlet, it’s not Erdogan, Turkey, or Israel – it’s Assad.

The article “Revealed: Assad Buys Oil From ISIS” is as much an attempt to cover up the increasingly well-known connections between the Erdogan family and ISIS’ stolen oil industry - a connection that was being reported on by many in alternative media for some time but has gained more popularity with the Russian demonstration of Erdogan/ISIS links in regards to the stolen oil - as it is an attempt to cover them up.

“It’s true Turkey has long been accused of complacency when it comes to the self-proclaimed Islamic State, or ISIS,” writes the Daily Beast. “Turkey’s NATO allies regularly call for it to do more, including sealing the border with Syria. But Moscow accused Ankara of something more sinister: state sponsorship of a genocidal terrorist group that’s tearing Iraq and Syria apart and attacking foreign capitals with suicide bombers.”

Michael Reed writes these words indignantly as he recounts the insult that poor Turkey has had to endure at the mouths of the nasty Russians. But, of course, the fact that Turkey is indeed a state sponsor of terrorism is without question, no matter how indignant Erdogan and the Daily Beast may pretend to be.

Mercenaries In Yemen Tied To Blackwater According To Media Reports

BlackWaterBrandon Turbeville
December 11, 2015

Receiving scant attention from Western mainstream media outlets except for a few notable exceptions, Americans and many alternative media outlets have remained ignorant to the fact that private mercenaries from Blackwater (aka Academi) appear to have been contracted by the GCC Gulf state feudal monarchies to assist in the military war of terror in Yemen against the Houthi rebels and the embattled Yemeni people.

Still, on December 9, a flurry of reports from media outlets such as Press TV, TeleSur TV, Al-Manar,Al –Bawaba, and Colombia Reports have revealed that around 15 Blackwater mercenaries have been killed in a fierce battles with the Houthi forces since Tuesday.

Al-Masirah, Yemen’s Arabic language website reported that the Commander-In-Chief of the firm’s operation in Yemen, a Mexican national, was killed on Wednesday in the al-Omari district of Ta’izz Province.

Press TV reports that a number of British, French, and Australian advisers and commanders as well as six Colombian soldiers were killed.

In late November of this year, it was reported that around 1,800 former Latin American soldiers who had been recruited by a program once managed Blackwater founder Erik Prince were being trained in the desert of the United Arab Emirates to be used against the Houthis at some point.

It was estimated that about 450 of the soldiers were from Colombia.

The New York Times wrote that “The United Arab Emirates has secretly dispatched hundreds of Colombian mercenaries to Yemen to fight in that country’s raging conflict, adding a volatile new element in a complex proxy war that has drawn in the United States and Iran.”

US Attacks Syrian Military, World Awaits Russian Response

russiaamericaBrandon Turbeville

December 7, 2015

The United States is currently denying that its Air Force struck the Syrian military in the Deir ez-Zor province on the evening of December 6, but the Syrian government is confirming that a direct assault on the SAA did, in fact, take place.

Given the history of the United States and its 5 year proxy war against the secular government of Bashar al-Assad and the hesitancy of the Syrian government to admit when it has actually sustained damage, it is safe to assume that the claims of the latter can be believed.

Thus, it appears that, on the evening of December 6, four US-led coalition planes launched nine missiles against the SAA’s Saeqa military camp in Deir ez-Zor province.

At least four Syrian soldiers were killed and thirteen others were injured. A sizeable amount of ammunition, armored vehicles, military vehicles, and various forms of military equipment were also destroyed in the raid.

The Syrian Foreign Ministry has stated “Syria strongly condemns the act of aggression by the US-led coalition that contradicts the UN Charter on goals and principles. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has sent letters to the UN Secretary General and the UN Security Council,”

Coalition spokesman Col. Steve Warren has denied the accusations, however, saying that “We’ve seen those Syrian reports but we did not conduct any strikes in that part of Deir ez Zor yesterday. So we see no evidence.” He admitted that airstrikes did take place in the region but claimed that they were conducted around 55km away.

Bilal Erdogan: The Real ISIS Oil Minister

bilalBrandon Turbeville
Activist Post
December 4, 2015

ISIS oil funding is now more in the center of mainstream media attention than it has ever been, particularly since the Russians began bombing real ISIS targets and forcing the United States to embark upon yet another phony bombing campaign against “ISIS oil money” in order to save face in front of its unwitting victims of public relations.

ISIS funding has long been presented as a mystery to the Western world and its gullible public, with claims that the terrorist organization funds itself via Twitter donations, shadowy “wealthy Islamists,” and stolen oil. Of course, the Twitter claims must be rejected out of hand since it is well within the power of Western intelligence agencies and evenTwitter itself to shut down these operations yet they have all refused to do so (assuming that such donations are actually being made).

It is, of course, true that “wealthy Islamists” are assisting in the funding of ISIS and other related terrorist organizations. These “wealthy Islamists” are also known as the royal family of Saudi Arabia and the Emirs of other Gulf State feudal monarchies.

The question of the ISIS oil business, however, is another one entirely. While the mainstream media obviously exaggerates the ability of ISIS to extract, ship, and collect enough oil to fund itself, particularly in such a way that is allegedly under the nose of the world’s most effective surveillance and military states, ISIS is no doubt selling stolen oil to foreign powers.

Yet ISIS is not engaging in oil deals without the knowledge of NATO since it is precisely NATO that it is doing business with.

US Gives ISIS 45 Minute Warning Before Bombs, 'Runs Out Of Ammo' Against ISIS Targets

isis-oilBrandon Turbeville
Activist Post
December 2, 2015

Ever since the Russians began dropping real bombs on real ISIS targets in Syria, the United States and NATO have been forced to engage in a two-sided propaganda campaign that swears opposition to ISIS while simultaneously doing everything it can to facilitate and protect ISIS forces on the ground. It has also found itself in the bizarre position of trying to facilitate the death squad army while, at the same time, attempting to play catchup to the Russians in at least the appearance of bombing ISIS.

Thus, when Russian forces truly hit at one of the sources of ISIS funding – the captured oil being shipped from Syria and Iraq to Turkey where it is purchased by Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan’s son, Bilal – the United States must then engage in its own faux bombing campaign against ISIS oil trucks.

Yet, instead of actually bombing the trucks – drivers and all – and putting them out of commission permanently, the U.S. bombing campaign takes the form of a laughable formality that involves a 45 minute warning to the oil convoys that a U.S. bombing campaign is about to take place. The warning involves an airdrop of leaflets to the tankers that read “Get out of your trucks now, and run away from them. Warning: air strikes are coming. Oil trucks will be destroyed. Get away from your oil trucks immediately. Do not risk your life.”

The justification is that the drivers of the tankers might be civilians and not actual ISIS members.

Of course, there is no mention of the fact that, in any other context, an individual who renders “material support to terrorists,” particularly in the form of driving tankers of stolen oil in a war zone that will be used to fund the terrorist organization would killed without question under that designation.

US Air Force Pilots Bombing Desert In Syria, Returning With Ordnance Allegedly Intended For ISIS

syria_on_fireBrandon Turbeville
December 2, 2015

Ever since the U.S. bombing campaign over Syria that allegedly targeted ISIS began months ago, many Americans have been increasingly confused by the American impotence against the terrorist organization while the Russians have managed to decimate the jihadists after only a few weeks of steady bombing.

Since the United States has demonstrated time and time again its ability to bomb an entire country into the Stone Age, the capabilities of the U.S. Air Force should not be in question. Thus, either ISIS is a congerie of Supermen and special forces fighters (disproven by the effectiveness of Russian bombing) or the ineffectiveness of the US airstrikes are intentional.

This American malfeasance, however, is more than mere incompetence or laziness. As I have written on a number of occasions, the American bombing campaign, for what it’s worth, has been focused onSyrian civilian and Syrian military infrastructure.

For instance, as Russian forces dropped bombs and missiles on top of ISIS fighters all across Syria, lobbing cruise missiles from the Caspian, regular sortie missions, and combat helicopter attacks against ISIS and other “relatively moderate” cannibals and terrorists, the United States launched a bombing mission of its own against two power plants in Aleppo.

The power plants were located in al-Rudwaniya east of Aleppo and resulted in power outages affecting the Syrian people, adding to the American tradition of bombing civilian infrastructure instead of ISIS and other terrorist targets in Syria. The power outages only further contributed to the misery surrounding the people of Aleppo who have been bombarded by barbarians funded by the United States and NATO, intent on raping and beheading their way through the city and declaring their caliphate of pre-civilization on civilized people.

Beware The Media Industrial Complex

media_mind_controlChris Veritas
December 2, 2015

In conversations with various people, I have often brought up the fact that the Media seems to have no memory of the past, is entirely uniform when it comes to urging war, and patently ignores a plethora of glaring issues. The issues it does catch sight of, it seems incapable of penetrating, remaining at the surface of things, and therefore keeping discourse at the most superficial level. When questioned about these tendencies of Media, the responses I’ve received range from “well, that’s just the way they maintain ratings”, to “but my paper or network has the better ideology”. Americans appear satisfied to accept what occurs to them as given, and like Pangloss to reply, indeed, this is “the best of all possible worlds”.

I beg to differ.

Here are a few troubling questions that I feel greatly undermine the idea that Mainstream Media is credible:

1: Why is it that when it comes to war, the same news sources that criticize the president constantly, suddenly all seem to lionize his cause? Shouldn’t the opposite be true? Shouldn’t there be at least some dissent among the Mainstream sources? Isn’t this a little suspicious, if the press is free and independent?

2: How can it be that not only the press, but the entire nation has forgotten that the first case made to the American people concerning war with Syria was sold as being in order to depose Assad? Clearly ISIS existed at that point, so why were they not the target? When exactly did they become the world’s Super Enemy? Apparently this happened a few months after the Media campaign to attack Syria by other means failed.

Is Turkey Closing The Bosphorus Strait, Escalating With Russia?

In another escalation in a flurry of gradual escalations that have taken place over Syria in the last few weeks, some reports are suggesting that Turkey has once again stuck its finger in the chest of the Russian bear. This time, only days after shooting down a Russian jet that was most likely over Syrian airspace in a planned provocation, the Turks are showing signs that they may be attempting to close the Bosphorus Strait to Russian ships.

According to reports from Sputnik News made only a few hours ago,

In a clear violation of international norms, Turkish authorities have created hurdles for Russian vessels passing through the Bosphorus Strait; as a result, dozens of Russian ships have been waiting for hours to obtain the green light from Turkey for passage, media reports said.
RIA Novosti quoted Viktor Kravchenko, former chief of staff of the Russian Navy, as saying that a possible unilateral closure by Turkey of the Bosphorus Strait for Russian ships would be out of line with international law.
"Turkey will not close the strait to Russian vessels en route to Syria because it would be a violation of international law and the Montreux Convention, in particular, — a document that was signed by most counties at the time", he said.

The 1936 Montreaux Convention on the Regime of the Straits governs the passage of ships both naval and civilian through the Dardanelles and the Bosphorus. Article 2 of the agreement states that "merchant vessels shall enjoy complete freedom of transit and navigation in the Straits, by day and by night, under any flag and with any kind of cargo, without any formalities."
