With recent allegations coming out against former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert regarding not only financial impropriety but a number of sexual abuse accusations, one can scarcely pay attention to current events without recalling child sex abuse scandals that have taken place in the past, especially since many of the names appearing next to Hastert’s in media reports are the same names that have appeared in previous scandals.

Only a few weeks ago, Hastert was indicted on charges that he “structured bank transactions to avoid triggering red flags and then lied about those cash withdrawals to the FBI.”

As CNN reports,
The technical nature of the underlying criminal charges became an afterthought within days of Hastert's indictment when law enforcement sources confirmed his case was about gay sex with underage students decades ago, when he was a high school teacher and coach.
The former speaker was arraigned Tuesday in a Chicago federal courtroom.

Separately, a woman told reporters that her brother had said his first gay sexual experience was with Hastert when he was a teen and Hastert was a school faculty member.

The brother, Steve Reinboldt, died of AIDS in 1995.

Hastert's attorney, the high-powered criminal defense lawyer Thomas Green, did not respond to a request for comment.
The financial impropriety was apparently an attempt to pay one of these victims $1.7 million dollars for his silence, an individual known only as “Individual A” beginning in 2010. There are also mentions of two more victims, although their identities are also sealed.

NBC News states “Federal law enforcement sources have said "Individual A" was a student at Yorkville High School in Illinois while Hastert was a teacher and coach there in the '60s and '70s and the misconduct was sexual in nature.

The identity of “Individual A” is not likely to be known, however, since the Federal Judge overseeing the case, U.S. District Judge Thomas Durkin, granted a “protective order” requested by Hastert’s legal team citing “sensitive information,” and “privacy interests of third parties.”

It should be noted that Judge Durkin was once a contributor to Hastert’s campaign fund and considers himself “friendly” with Hastert’s son.

Prior to entering politics, Hastert was both a high school teacher and a wrestling coach, a job he held for over 15 years.

Hastert’s Sex Abuse History

Hastert is no stranger to sex abuse scandals, particularly those that involve underage boys. Remember, in 2006, Hastert famously “mishandled” the infamous Page Scandal that involved Congressman Mark Foley molesting young boys enrolled in the congressional page program. Hastert had been reportedly told of Foley’s sexual escapades months and possibly even years earlier but did absolutely nothing until the scandal became national news.

As John Aravosis of AmericaBlog wrote,
FACT: GOP staff, working for Republican Speaker Denny Hastert, warned the page class of 2001-2002 to stay away from Foley - five years ago.

FACT: Former chief of staff to GOP Rep. Tom Reynolds (R-NY), Kirk Fordham, says he warned Hastert's chief of staff of Foley's behavior three years ago. Whether or not you believe Fordham, his testimony is consistent with the other facts showing that the Republicans knew about Foley's behavior long before last week.

FACT: Both Reps. John Boehner, the Republican House Majority Leader, and Tom Reynolds both say they told Dennis Hastert personally about the Foley issue months ago. Hastert says Boehner is lying. So one of the two most powerful Republicans in the House is lying about an investigation into a child sex predator. That deserves a separate investigation right there.

FACT: Hastert's staff was informed of the Foley emails a year ago, but Hastert would like us to believe his staff simply never told him that a member of Congress, a member of his leadership team, was under investigation for preying sexually on young children - children who Hastert was responsible for.
Senior Congressional Aide, Kirk Fordham, stated that not only had he alerted Hastert’s office as to the behavior of Foley but that he had conversations with top Republican leadership as far back as two years (subsequent reports suggested three years) prior to the scandal in this regard. As reported by the Associated Press:
A senior congressional aide said Wednesday that he alerted House Speaker Dennis Hastert’s office two years ago about worrisome conduct by former Rep. Mark Foley with teenage pages.

Kirk Fordham told The Associated Press that when he was told about Foley’s inappropriate behavior toward pages, he had “more than one conversation with senior staff at the highest level of the House of Representatives asking them to intervene.”

The conversations took place long before the e-mail scandal broke, Fordham said, and at least a year earlier than members of the House GOP leadership have acknowledged.
Hastert’s spokesman claimed that Fordham was lying.
What followed was a large amount of congressional rats jumping ship and turning on one another in an effort to deflect responsibility for the page scandal. Then-House Majority Leader, John Boehner, and National Republican Congressional Committee Chair, Thomas Reynolds, began stating that they had indeed alerted Hastert to Foley’s behavior in 2005 but Hastert had done nothing. Hastert and other “congressional leaders” were later deemed “willfully ignorant” by the House Ethics Committee in December 2006 but went unpunished since being “willfully ignorant” of sexual abuse is apparently worthy of a rebuke but not actually against House rules.

Interestingly enough, in 2006, after the allegations regarding the Page Scandal had come to light, it is worth mentioning that Hastert went on the Rush Limbaugh show to complain that the Page Scandal was a Democratic conspiracy against Republicans since the scandal hit right around the time of elections.

Hastert, of course, has long been an enemy of American civil liberties. After all, he supported the Bush Administration claims that Iraq was supporting al-Qaeda, helped push through the PATRIOT Act, and the No Child Left Behind Act, Homeland Security Act, and the drilling of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.[1] Ironically, it was the powers given to intelligence agencies to track financial transactions that allowed the FBI to legally sniff out Hastert’s criminal acts.

“Hastert the Bastard” is also well-known for being one of the spearheads in bankrupting the US Post Office by virtue of the 2006 mandate, a provision known as the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act of 2006, which requires the Post Office to fund the health care benefits of future retirees as far out as 75 years into the future – all within a 10-year window. Previously, as in every other business (and the United States Government), the health care of retirees was a pay-as-you-go system. Thanks to the reactionaries and Wall Street tools like Dennis Hastert, this is no longer the case for the Post Office and it has resulted in innumerable financial troubles for the institution. The media and congressional parasites, however, painted the USPS troubles as the result of government inefficiency.

Returning to the issue of sexual abuse, however, a September 30, 2006 article by Wayne Madsen reveals that the 2006 PageGate scandal was not the first time Hastert’s name was mentioned in connection to sex scandals involving underage boys. Wayne Madsen wrote,
Congressional sources told WMR that Hastert, while working from 1964 to 1980 as a popular history/government teacher and wrestling coach at Yorkville High School, in Yorkville, Illinois — a suburb of Chicago — was the subject of persistent rumors about inappropriate contact with male members of his high school wrestling team. The culture of the times usually resulted in such alleged behavior being covered up by public and parochial school authorities. However, the rumors were enough for his Yorkville constituency to reject him when he ran for an open seat in the Illinois House of Representatives in 1980. However, Hastert lucked out when another sitting Republican House member who represented the three-seat district had a stroke and declined to run for re-election. The GOP machine bosses selected Hastert as the replacement candidate.

Hastert served in Springfield from 1980 to 1986, six years to make the transformation from wrestling coach with a cloud surrounding himself to politician. In 1986, Hastert received an unexpected promotion. After incumbent Republican Rep. John Grotberg was nominated by the GOP for a second term, he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and fell into a coma. The Illinois Republican Convention selected Hastert as the replacement on the ticket, a virtual election to the U.S. House of Representatives in the strongly Republican district.

In 1989, when the allegations of homosexuality among GOP congressmen arose during the first ‘Pagegate”‘ scandal [the so-called “Franklin cover-up], Hastert’s name was one of those whispered. In 1995, Hastert became Chief Deputy Whip under now-disgraced GOP Majority Whip Tom DeLay. Hastert would luck out again. In late 1989, amid scandal, House Speaker Newt Gingrich resigned. After Louisiana Rep. Bob Livingston was elected as Speaker by the GOP House Caucus, he too resigned after admitting to an extramarital affair — an amazing development since the House had impeached President Bill Clinton for lying about his own extramarital affair. Hastert, without much scrutiny, emerged as the compromise candidate for Speaker, after the GOP deadlocked on Majority Leader Dick Armey (also the subject of various rumors after he called Barney Frank, “Barney Fag”) and Majority Whip DeLay.

Now Hastert is fending off allegations that he knew about the page problem with Mark Foley for 11 months and refrained from taking any action. It is also noteworthy that the Chairman of the House Page Board is Republican Rep. John Shimkus, a close ally of Hastert’s from Illinois. Allegations of cover-up are also surrounding Louisiana GOP Rep. Rodney Alexander, the sponsor of the 16-year old Louisiana page to whom Foley sent messages concerning masturbation and erections, and New York Republican Rep. Tom Reynolds, the chairman of the Republican Congressional Campaign Committee. Both representatives stand accused of covering up Foley’s activities for as long as 11 months.
Later, in October 2006, Madsen also wrote,
In August 2004, the GOP House leadership, which included Speaker Dennis Hastert, then-Majority Leader Tom DeLay, and Majority Whip Roy Blunt, took no action against Republican Rep. Mark Foley of Florida for his repeated salacious contact by email with underage male teens even though a heterosexually-married Republican congressman resigned over trolling gay web sites for ‘younger men.’ In August 2004, one-term Republican Rep. Ed Schrock of Virginia resigned after it became public that he was surfing gay and dating web sites in search of younger men for sex. Schrock, a political ally of his Virginia Beach constituent TV evangelist Pat Robertson and a retired U.S. Navy Captain, resigned after he was outed by a Washington, DC web site.

However, rather than dealing with Foley’s sexual habits on the Web, the GOP leadership sank deeper into cover-up mode, burying the Foley matter lest it shine a light on other GOP gay hypocrites in Congress whose anti-gay agenda would embarrass the party a few months before a critical presidential and congressional election.

It is now being reported that the House Page Board chairman John Shimkus (R-IL) actually enabled Foley to meet an underage pages for dinner dates after the House GOP leadership were aware of Foley’s inappropriate communications with the teens.
Madsen also wrote:
The House GOP leadership that now stands accused of covering up the scandal includes the GOP members of the House Page Board, Representatives John Shimkus of Illinois and Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia; House Speaker Dennis Hastert; Majority Leader John Boehner; Majority Whip Roy Blunt; and National Republican Congressional Committee chairman Tom Reynolds, who reportedly received $100,000 from Foley campaign coffers after he was first informed of the allegations against the Florida Republican.” Capito and Blunt have since been elected U.S. senators. Boehner is the current House Speaker. [at the time of the writing of the article]

The conservative Washington Times, which broke the underage prostitute scandal surrounding the Franklin Credit Union in Nebraska and the Reagan and Bush administrations in the late 1980s, called on Hastert to resign over the “Pagegate” scandal involving Foley and the other GOP House members.
Yet Madsen brushed upon an even more concerning possibility in terms of how far Hastert’s connections to sexual abuse may go, with a seeming implication that Hastert may have been involved in some type of organized ring of sex abusers and child traffickers, at least according to the Wayne Madsen Report.

Madsen wrote on October 9, 2006,
WMR’s State Department sources have also reported that the visits of Hastert and other congressional leaders and staff members to certain Southeast Asian nations and the Northern Marianas should come under the scrutiny of the House Ethics Committee, now officially investigating ‘Pagegate.’ The Northern Marianas became infamous in the scandals involving Tom DeLay and Jack Abramoff because of the presence in the US slave labor territory of Asian children being used as prostitutes. Conveniently, Foley co-chaired the House Caucus on Missing and Exploited Children, which would have had authority to investigate charges of child prostitution in the Northern Marianas. Hastert visited Vietnam, along with Palmer, in April of this year and spent three days in the country. Hastert, along with Illinois GOP Rep. Ray LaHood, canceled a visit to Thailand and Vietnam in January 2006. Hastert was also in Thailand in January 2002.
Some of these allegations and connections sound eerily familiar to those uncovered during the infamous Franklin Scandal of the late 1980s where a massive Satanic And Ritual Abuse pedophile ring was uncovered by Senator John W. DeCamp and a number of other Nebraska State Senators and investigators. The pedophile ring went from the local oligarchy of Omaha across the state and even to the top levels of American society, including the military and government structures.

Investigators were hampered in their work from Federal agencies, the media, and local law enforcement from the beginning and the amount of individuals investigating the SAR ring who died “questionable” deaths was staggering.

The scandal, which is explained in detail by Senator John W. DeCamp’s excellent book, The Franklin Cover-up, involved a number of high profile “children’s organizations” that were acting as conduits and providers of children for Satanic Ritual Abuse and prostitution to high level members of banking, corporate, government, and military personnel. One of these organizations was Boys Town, the orphanage located just outside of Omaha, Nebraska. Interestingly enough, Dennis Hastert was provided the Boys Town Service To America award, a highly prestigious award that, at the time, had only ever been presented to Colin Powell. Considering the track record of the individuals that Boys Town has allowed such close access to children, it is well within reason to suggest that another investigation is in order.

The Bush Connection

There is, however, another connection that bears resemblance to the allegations made against Hastert and the Franklin Case – the connection to a Bush family member. As Madsen writes,
On October 4, 2006, the St. Petersburg Times (now the Tampa Bay Times) reported on the knowledge of top Florida Republicans, including Governor Jeb Bush and Attorney General Charlie Crist, about the Foley-Hastert scandal in Washington: “In a gaggle with Florida’s Capital Press Corps Wednesday, Gov. Jeb Bush flatly refuted allegations posted on an Internet website and circulated widely Tuesday that claims Bush, Attorney General Charlie Crist and Florida Department of Law Enforcement were all told by the federal justice department about Mark Foley’s e-mails a year ago but covered it up. The alleged conspiracy, sourced to ‘informed sources in Tallahassee’ who were not named, was reported on the Wayne Madsen Report website. Madsen’s website claims to tackle ‘the ‘politically incorrect’ and ‘politically embarrassing’ stories and holds government officials accountable for their actions.'”
Bush, who is now a candidate for president, responded to a question from the St. Petersburg Times reporter in Tallahassee about the WMR report: “If the next governor . . . is going to have to respond to every blog and every tired little anonymous person who has some bitter part in their soul who wants to express it on the Internet, it’s not going to work.'” Bush was referring to Crist who was running as the GOP candidate for governor of Florida. Crist and Foley roomed together in Tallahassee when both were members of the state legislature.
Apparently, the Bush apple did not fall far from the tree.

Consider what DeCamp wrote in 1996:
Larry King adored Bill Casey, but what about one of Casey’s predecessors at Central Intelligence – George Bush? Ever since July 23, 1989, when the lead editorial in the World-Herald said that “one child . . . is said to believe that she saw George Bush at one of King’s parties,” King’s connection with Bush has been a frequently asked question about the Franklin case. Anxiety on this account has run especially high in Omaha’s black community, where in December 1990, one young lady stood up at a public meeting and proclaimed, “I think George Bush is involved in this child abuse case, and this is why all these people have been dying.”

Inside investigators of Franklin, and the Webb case before it, know that Bush’s name came up at the very beginning, and it came up more than once. The July of 1989 World-Herald column, in an attempt to discredit this and other victim-witness testimony, attributed the mention of Bush to a person “under psychiatric care,” meaning Loretta Smith. In reality, the report was from Nelly Patterson Webb.

Nelly first brought up Bush in 1986, when she told Julie Walters about the sex parties she was flown to in Washington and Chicago. She saw Bush at two of these parties, she said, one in each city.

Nelly also told Walters that one frequent party-goer with King was a boy named "Brent," the one who was "flown to another city somewhere" after a falling out with King.

Walters did not have the resources to cross-check this information with the life of Brandt Thomas, the Boys Town resident who had moved in with Larry King. Franklin credit union files contained a letter signed by King, in his capacity as Youth Affairs Committee advisor for the National Black Republican Council, listing Thomas as one of two national contact people for NBRC campus chapters.

Three years later, with an investigation of abuse by King and the Webbs finally under way, Nelly was interviewed again. Speaking to Franklin committee detective Jerry Lowe, she repeated her account of the Chicago party, and said that Bush and the two men he arrived with appeared to have left the affair with a young black man she called "Brandt."
DeCamp was careful to point out that, mere attendance at a party by a politician or anyone else does not automatically make that person guilty of the crimes of other individuals at the event. However, he continued,
Bush's name surfaced again in Lowe's May 1989 review of reports by Thomas Vlahoulis from the state attorney general's office:

Sorenson told Vlahoulis that both Kimberly and Nelly brought up the name of George Bush and indicated that they had both met him. ...

On June 10, 1989, Lowe received a letter from a citizen:

There is a psychologist in Omaha who used to work for the CIA. In response to a direct question by an Omaha psychiatrist regarding George Bush's private life, this psychologist reported hearing rumors when Bush was head of the CIA, that correspond directly with one of the inferences made by Nelly Webb, and commented to the psychiatrist, "But how do you investigate your boss?"

Whether or not a Bush presence at King's parties were confirmed, he certainly backed key Nebraskans tied to King.

In August 1990, Bush appointed Ronald Roskens of Nebraska, to head the Agency for International Development (AID). Roskens had been fired the previous year as chancellor of the University of Nebraska, where Larry King was a member of his "chancellor's advisory committee."

Gary Caradori's daily notes for Feb. 19, 1989 record:

I was informed that Roskins [sic) was terminated by the state because of sexual activities reported to the Regents and verified by them. Mr. Roskins was reported to have had young men at his residence for sexual encounters. As part of the separation from the state, he had to move out of the state-owned house because of the liability to the state if some of this sexual behavior was "illegal." Upon Roskins vacating the house, he was provided a house by Joe Seacrist [sic) of the Lincoln Journal-Star.

The leadership of AID is the kind of sensitive job -- AID assignments have been used as a "cover" by CIA agents, for instance -- for which appointees undergo a background check that would have to turn up what Caradori also heard. Nevertheless, George Bush appointed Roskens.

When Harold Andersen's reputation sagged in the fall of 1989, due to his unconcealed association with Larry King, his friends at the Nebraska Society of D.C. staged an awards dinner in Washington to polish his image. George Bush sent a testimonial letter in praise of the adviser to the U.S. State Department and occasional horseshoes-player at the White House. Bush Wrote about Andersen and his wife: "These two outstanding individuals have spent countless hours serving the city of Omaha and the state of Nebraska. Throughout Harold Andersen's career with the Omaha World-Herald, he has made that fine paper an example of journalistic integrity. In addition, he has been a vigorous promoter of efforts to improve the quality of life in his community."[2]
In the 1992 book by Webster Griffin Tarpley and Anton Chaitkin entitled George Bush: The Unauthorized Biography, Tarpley and Chaitkin add to the discussion over Bush’s connections to pedophilia networks. In reference to the revelation that Craig Spence, a powerbroker in the Republican party who had ties to a number of influential officeholders, including then-President George Bush, had been caught arranging White House tours with teenage male prostitutes, Tarpley and Chaitkin write,
Months after the scandal had died down, and a few weeks before he allegedly committed suicide, Spence was asked who had given him the “key” to the White House. The Washington Times reported that “Mr. Spence hinted the tours were arranged by `top level’ persons, including Donald Gregg, national security advisor to Vice President Bush” and later U.S. ambassador to South Korea.

[...]

George Bush was less than pleased with the media coverage of the prostitution charges and kept abreast of the scandal as it mushroomed. The Washington Times reported in an article titled “White House Mute on Call Boy Scandal,” that “White House sources confirmed that President Bush has followed the story of the late night visit and Mr. Spence’s links to a homosexual prostitution ring under investigation by federal authorities since they were disclosed June 29 in the Washington Times. But top officials will not discuss the story’s substance, reportedly even among themselves.

“Press officers have rebuffed repeated requests to obtain Mr. Bush’s reaction and decline to discuss investigations or fall out from the disclosures.” By midsummer, the scandal had been buried. The President had managed to avoid giving a single press conference where he would surely have been asked to comment.
Soon after, the Nebraska scandal would break out. Tarpley and Chaitkin recount how the European press seemed to be both more astute and more interested than the American and even the Nebraska papers. Magazines like the Spanish outlet, Pronto, reported that the Franklin scandal “appears to directly implicate politicos of the state of Nebraska and Washington, D.C. who are very close to the White House and George Bush himself.”

Indeed, much of the mainstream press attempted to obfuscate and coverup not only connections to George Bush but the fact that the abuse had even happened. Tarpley and Chaitkin continue by writing:
If the first allegations about a massive child exploitation ring, centered around Larry King and leading all the way to the White House, had been made in 1989, and had all come from the same source, some shenanigans and mischievous collusion could be suspected. However, the allegations arising out of the Franklin Credit Union collapse were not the first.

Way back in 1985, a young girl, Eulice (Lisa) Washington, was the center of an investigation by Andrea L. Carener, of the Nebraska Department of Social Services. The investigation was instigated because Lisa and her sister Tracey continually ran away from their foster parents, Jarrett and Barbara Webb. Initially reluctant to disclose information for fear of being further punished, the two girls eventually recounted a remarkable story, later backed up by other children who had been fostered out to the Webb’s [sic].

These debriefings were conducted by Mrs. Julie Walters, another welfare officer, who worked for Boys Town at the time, and who had been called in because of the constant reference by the Webb children and others, to that institution.

Lisa, supported by her sister, detailed a massive child sex, homosexual, and pornography industry, run in Nebraska by Larry King. She described how she was regularly taken to Washington by plane, with other youths, to attend parties hosted by King and involving many prominent people, including businessmen and politicians. Lisa specifically named George Bush as being in attendance on at least two separate occasions. “Remember, this was in 1985,” emphasized the Australian newsletter.
Another part of the Franklin story, and which is also relayed via DeCamp’s book is summarized by Tarpley and Chaitkin:
Mrs. Julie Walters, now a housewife in the Midwest, confirmed that in 1986 she had interviewed the alleged child prostitute, Lisa, who told her about Mr. Bush. Lisa and her sister Tracey were temporarily living at the time in the home of Kathleen Sorenson, another foster parent. Mrs. Walters explained that at first she was very surprised. But Lisa, who came from a very underprivileged background with no knowledge of political affairs, gave minute details of her attendance at political meetings around the country.

From Julie Walters’ 50-page handwritten report:
3/25/86. Met with Kathleen [Sorenson] and Lisa for about 2 hours in Blair [Neb.] questioning Lisa for more details about sexual abuse…. Lisa admitted to being used as a prostitute by Larry King when she was on trips with his family. She started going on trips when she was in 10th grade. Besides herself and Larry there was also Mrs. King, their son, Prince, and 2-3 other couples. They traveled in Larry’s private plane, Lisa said that at these trip parties, which Larry hosted, she sat naked “looking pretty and innocent” and guests could engage in any sexual activity they wanted (but penetration was not allowed) with her…. Lisa said she first met V.P. George Bush at the Republican Convention (that Larry King sang the national anthem at) and saw him again at a Washington, D.C. party that Larry hosted. At that party, Lisa saw no women (“make-up was perfect–you had to check their legs to make sure they weren’t a woman”).

The polygraph test which Lisa took only centered around sexual abuse committed by Jarrett Webb. At that time, she had said only general things about Larry’s trips (i.e. where they went, etc.). She only began talking about her involvement in prostitution during those trips on 3/25/86….

Lisa also accompanied Mr. and Mrs. King and Prince on trips to Chicago, N.Y. and Washington, D.C. beginning when she was 15 years old. She missed twenty-two days of school almost totally due to these trips. Lisa was taken along on the pretense of being Prince’s babysitter. Last year she met V.P. George Bush and saw him again at one of the parties Larry gave while on a Washington, D.C. trip. At some of the parties there are just men (as was the case at the party George Bush attended)–older men and younger men in their early twenties. Lisa said she has seen sodomy committed at those parties….
At these parties, Lisa said every guest had a bodyguard and she saw some of the men wearing guns. All guests had to produce a card which was run through a machine to verify who the guest was, in fact, who they said they were. And then each guest was frisked down before entering the party.

The details of the accusations against Mr. Bush are known to be in the hands of the FBI. A Franklin Committee report stated:
Apparently she [Lisa] was contacted on December 19 [1988] and voluntarily came to the FBI offices on December 30, 1988. She was interviewed by Brady, Tucker and Phillips.
She indicates that in September or October 1984, when [Lisa] Washington was fourteen or fifteen years of age, she went on a trip to Chicago with Larry King and fifteen to twenty boys from Omaha. She flew to Chicago on a private plane.

The plane was large and had rows of two seats apiece on either side of the interior middle aisle.

She indicates that King got the boys from Boys Town and the boys worked for him. She stated that Rod Evans and two other boys with the last name of Evans were on the plane. Could not recall the names of the other boys.

The boys who flew to Chicago with Washington and King were between the ages of fifteen and eighteen. Most of the boys were black but some were white. She was shown a color photograph of a boy and identified that boy as being one of the boys on the plane. She could not recall his name.

She indicates that she was coerced to going on the trip by Barbara Webb.

She indicates that she attended a party in Chicago with King and the male youths. She indicated George Bush was present.

She indicates that she set [sic] at a table at the party while wearing nothing but a negligee. She stated that George Bush saw her on the table. She stated she saw George Bush pay King money, and that Bush left the party with a nineteen year old black boy named Brent. Lisa said the party George Bush attended was in Chicago in September or October 1984. According to the Chicago Tribune of October 31, 1984, Bush was in Illinois campaigning for congressional candidates at the end of October.

Lisa added more details on the Chicago trip, and told why she was sure it was George Bush she had seen. According to a May 8, 1989 report by investigator Jerry Lowe, “Eulice [Lisa] indicated that she recognized George Bush as coming to the party and that Bush had two large white males with him. Eulice indicated Bush came to the party approximately 45 minutes after it started and that he was greeted by Larry King. Eulice indicated that she knew George Bush due to the fact that he had been in political campaigns and also she had observed a picture of Bush with Larry King at Larry King’s house in Omaha.”
There is no question that Lisa and Tracey Webb were abused in the way they claimed. But, in keeping with the alleged pattern of coverup, a Washington County, Nebraska judge in December 1990 dismissed all charges against their abusers, Jarrett and Barbara Webb. The judge ignored presented testimony of the 1986 report by Boys Town official Julie Walters. The report stated: “Lisa was given four polygraph tests administered by a state trooper at the State Patrol office on Center Street in Omaha. The state trooper, after Lisa’s testing was completed, told [another foster parent] he tried to `break Lisa down,’ but he was convinced she was telling the truth.”@s8

Furthermore, numbers of foster care officials and youth workers debriefed the sisters. All of them fully believed not only their general story of abuse, but specifically their account of Bush’s involvement. The March 1986 report on Bush was incorporated into the Foster Care Review Board’s official report presented to the Senate Franklin Committee and to law enforcement. As Kathleen Sorenson wrote in a report dated May 1, 1989, “This was long before he [Bush] was president. It seems like there were more exciting people to `lie’ about if that’s what they were doing.”

The rumors about Mr. Bush were given new life when Dr. Ronald Roskens, the head of the Agency for International Development (AID), found himself the object of controversy.[3]
Conclusion

The information contained in this article is merely the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the question of the existence of worldwide satanic ritual abuse-based pedophilia networks across the United States and the rest of the world with members reaching into the highest levels of government, banking, and corporate structures. The recent accusations against Dennis Hastert should thus come as no surprise.

What is a mystery, however, at least at this time, is why the allegations come now, or even at all. This is a particularly relevant question when he have witnessed law enforcement and government’s predilection for covering up incidents of child abuse and sex with underage individuals time and time again.

Did Hastert run afoul of someone with the relevant blackmail information? Was his impropriety uncovered by a “rogue” law enforcement agent? Had he outlived his usefulness to the system and was sacrificed in a limited hangout operation? The answers to these questions are yet to be known if they ever will be.

However, given Hastert’s connections to the individual’s discussed in this article, their connections to satanic ritual abuse cults, and Hastert’s own alleged improprieties, this case may be yet one more slightly open window into the culture of abuse of children that is pervasive in Washington DC and in oligarchical, aristocratic, and underground societies throughout the world.

Considering also that not only is the mainstream media skirting the issue of sexual misconduct, but that court officials who have connections to Hastert are moving to kill knowledge of the court proceedings, that window is likely to be shut again very soon.
